| 摘 要： | 腹腔镜肝切除术自问世至今已有近30 年历史，从最初对肝脏良性肿瘤实施楔形切除，到现在针对恶性肿瘤采用各种联合复杂术式去尝试获取不逊于开放手术的肿瘤学疗效，其理论体系经历了探索、成熟与创新的发展过程，同时伴随技术和器械科技的进步。目前，腹腔镜肝脏外科正向术式的标准化和进一步推广乃至普及的目标迈进。

Abstract Since the laparoscopic liver resection had been first published for nearly 30 years. The novel surgery has been developed rapidly from the wedge resections for hepatic benign tumors to the kinds of complex resections for malignant tumors to obtain oncology efficacy. The theoretical system of laparoscopic liver resection has experienced the development process of exploration, maturity and innovation in turn, at the same time, along with the progress of technology and instruments.Nowadays, laparoscopic liver surgery is entering a new era of technological standardization and popularization. |
