| 摘 要： | 目的探讨LC治疗胆囊管结石的临床疗效和手术方法。方法对18例胆囊颈管结石行LC的临床疗效和手术方法进行回顾性分析。结果对18例胆囊管结石成功施行LC，成功率100％，取得了良好的临床效果。结论胆囊管结石施行LC时只要处理恰当是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects and operative methods of treating calculus in neck and duct of gallbladder in laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods 18 cases of calculus in neck and duct of gallbladder were operated under laparoscopy, whose clinical effects and operative methods were analyzed retrospectively. Results 18 cases were operated under the laparoscopic successfully. The rate of success is 100%,and the clinical effects were satisfactory. Conclusion It is feasible for calculus in neck and duct of gallbladder to be treated skillfully with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. |
