| 摘 要： | 目的用多层螺旋CT扫描评价胸腺瘤侵袭与否的临床价值。方法对25例临床诊断为胸腺瘤的患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描，并进行对照观察。结果非侵袭性胸腺瘤9例，侵袭性胸腺瘤16例，MSCT对两者的鉴别主要根据肿瘤的大小、边缘、肿瘤与心脏大血管的接触面、其间的脂肪线，以及胸膜和心包的改变。结论MSCT对胸腺瘤侵袭性与非侵袭性的诊断有较高的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To use multilayer spiral CT to differentiate invasive from noninvasive thymoma.Methods 25 patients with clinically-diagnosed thymoma scanned with multilayer spiral CT.Results 16 cases were invasive thymoma,9 cases non-invasive thymoma.CT differential diagnosis between the two types of thymoma is mainly based on the size and margin of the thymoma,the contact area,angle and fat shadow between thymoma and heart,surrounding large vessels,and the changes of pericardium and pleura.Conclusion It was accu... |
