超声复合成像技术在甲状腺癌诊断中的实用价值

摘    要:目的探讨超声检查在甲状腺癌诊断中的实用价值。方法采用二维超声、彩色多普勒超声及实时复合成像技术,对36例甲状腺癌的53个病灶进行超声检查,并与术后病理结果进行对比。结果甲状腺癌内部回声欠均,可见沙砾样钙化,复合成像技术可较好地显示内部钙化;病灶内可见较丰富彩色血流信号显示,峰值速度较高,阻力指数>0.7,上升支及下降支快速。结论彩色多普勒超声及复合成像技术在甲状腺癌诊断中具有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and compound scan technology in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma. Methods Thirty-six patients with 53 nodes were examined by conventional ultrasonography (US), CDFI and compound scan technology. The results were compared with pathological examination. Results Sonographic features of thyroid carcinoma included heterogeneous echo and grit calcification. The technology of compound imaging made visualization of internal calcification better. Abundant flow of color Doppler signals were demonstrated within the lesions, with relatively high PSV, and RI>0.7, both the velocity of ascending and descending phase were quick. Conclusion CDFI and compound scan technology may play an important role in the differential diagnosis of thyroid tumor.
