| 摘 要： | 目的 应用中医健脾理气法配合肝动脉介入治疗原发性肝癌脾虚型３１例。方法 治疗组采用中药结合介入法，对照组采用单纯介入法，２组对照观察。结果 治疗组临床疗效有效率为６７．９％，生活质量改善８０．７％，与对照组比较均有统计学意义。结论 健脾理气法结合肝动脉介入治疗原发性肝癌脾虚型能延长患者生存期，提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To treat 31 cases of primary liver cancer of the spleen deficiency type with the herbal medicine that can invigorate the spleen and replenish qi together with hepatic arterial intubation.METHOD:The treatment group was treated in the integrated way while the control was only treated with the intubation. The results were compared.RESULTS:In the treatment group, the condition was improved in 67.9% of the patient, and quality of life (KS score) was improved in 80.7%, with statistical significance compared with the control.CONCLUSION:The integrated method can prolong the life span and improve the quality of life. |
