东莞市不育与生育正常青年男性精子功能的对照分析

目的：对比分析东莞市不育青年男性与生育正常青年男性各项精子功能指标。方法回顾性分析本院120例年龄在25~34岁的青年男性患者，依据生育功能差异将其分为不育组（60例），规律性生活未避孕1年而不孕；对照组（60例），1年内令配偶正常受孕。比较两组的精子密度，精子活力参数[包括平均曲线运动速度（VCL）、平均路径运动速度（VAP）及精子平均鞭打频率（BCF）]，精子运动方式参数[包括运动直线性（LN）、运动摆动性（WOB）、运动前向性（STR）及运动侧摆幅度（ALH）]，精子形态指标，精子DNA碎片指数（DFI），顶体酶活性和生育力指数（FI）的差异。结果不育组的精子密度、精子活力参数（VCL、VAP及BCF）、精子运动方式参数（LN、WOB、STR及ALH）与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；不育组的正常形态精子百分率、DFI、顶体酶活性及FI显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论东莞市不育青年男性的各项精子功能指标显著较生育正常青年男性差。

Comparison of sperm functions to infertility and normal fertility of youth male in Dongguan city

Objective To compare the sperm functions to infertility and normal fertility of youth male in Dongguan city. Methods A total of 120 youth male whose age range was from 25 years to 34 years were collected to retrospectively analyze,and were divided into infertility group （60 cases,regular sexual life without contraception one year） and control group （60 cases,spouse pregnancy in one year） according to the reproductive function variation.The indexes of sperm concentration,sperm motility parameters [including the mean velocity of curvilinear （VCL）,the velocity of average path （VAP）,beat cross frequency （BCF）],sperm motion parameters [including the linear movement （LN）,wobble movement （WOB）,mean straightness （STR） and amplitude of lateral head displacement （ALH）],sperm morphology index,sperm DNA fragmentation index （DFI）,acrosomal enzyme activities and fertility index （FI） were compared between two groups. Re-sults Compared with control group,the indexes of sperm concentration,sperm motility parameters （VCL,VAP and BCF）, sperm motion parameters （LN,WOB,STR and ALH） in research group had no significant different （P〉0.05）,but the per-cent of normal morphology sperm,DFI,acrosomal enzyme activities and FI in research group was lower,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The indexes of sperm functions to infertility youth male in Dongguan city are poorer than that to normal fertility of youth male.
