瓜馥木中阿朴菲类生物碱的研究

摘    要:目的:研究广西特色植物瓜馥木Fissistigma oldhamii(Helms.)Merr.中的阿朴菲类生物碱。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从瓜馥木总生物碱部分分离纯化得到4个阿朴菲类生物碱,分别鉴定为:1,2-亚甲二氧基-N-甲氧酰基-阿朴菲生物碱(romucosine)(Ⅰ),甲氧番荔枝碱(xylopine)(Ⅱ),1,2,3-三甲氧基氧化阿朴菲生物碱(O-methylmoschatoline)(Ⅲ),毛叶含笑碱(oxoxylopine)(Ⅳ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study aporphine alkaloids from Fissistigma oldhamii (Hemsl.) Merr. which is a characteristic plant of Guangxi. METHODS: Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the aporphine alkaloids. Their physical and chemical properties and spectral data were measured for structural elucidation. RESULTS: Four aporphine alkaloids were isolated from the fraction of total alkaloids of Fissistigma oldhamii (Hemsl.) Merr. They were identified as romucosine(I), xylopine(II), O-methylmoschatolineIII), oxoxylopine(IV). CONCLUSION: Compounds I is obtained from this plant for the first time.
