| 摘 要： | 对1995年5月至11月达川地区人民医院3663名门诊、住院患者的医疗需求进行了调查分析,结果表明:该院就诊人群以城市青壮年为主;服务半径较窄;患者对医院、医生、医疗质量的选择性较强;医疗需求具有层次性;医疗消费弹性较小;对该院的诊疗技术及治疗效果较满意;医疗服务存在着最困难和最不满意的环节。由此提出扩大服务面,增强辐射力;增设服务项目,开展多层次医疗服务;改善服务环节,提高医疗质量;转变观念,自觉形成费用控制意识等四项对策。

| Abstract: | Based on an investigation of 3 663 outpatients and inpatients in Dachuan Prefectural Hospital between May and November, 1995. and of the patients' demands for health services, the article makes several constructive suggestions: establishing priorities so as to first solve problems of weak links in work; increasing cost -effective and also relatively advanced service items according to local actual conditions, as the efficiency of services may depend to a great extent upon certain services being available when there are real needs for them; expanding service-covered geographic areas by increasing connections in one way or another with lower as well as higher units of the health service delivery chain through referral , systems. |
