| 摘 要： | 医院如何主动适应市场经济,在激烈的市场竞争中求生存,求发展,并通过自身的活力体现其办院宗旨。本文提出注重内涵发展建设,充分利用医院卫生资源,树立全心全意为患者服务的思想,为患者提供精良技术和诚挚服务,是医院赖以生存和发展的根本途径。医院遵循财务管理和会计核算的基本要求,从调控措施和激励调动两方面入手,取得了显著效果。
