| 摘 要： | 讨论了医院文化的历史扬弃、医院文化建设中的文化传通以及医院文化建设的未来等问题。认为医院文化建设应进行历史的扬弃;医院文化建设必须从整体上着眼,在不断进行文化传通的基础上,与整个社会文化的发展方向相一致;在构建中国现代医院文化的过程中还要对医院文化未来的发展趋势,以及医院文化发展过程中所面临的新问题加以研究。

| Abstract: | The article discusses hou to assess the evolution of hospital culture historically, choose and follow what is good, develop what is useful and healthy and discard what is not, study and solve new problems encountered in efforts for cultural advances, and promote modern cultural construction of hospitals in China. |
