| Abstract: | On a number of aspects of pathology department construction,including personnel selection and training,architectural design, apparatuses and instruments, rules and regulations, operating range, and relevant policies, the authors discuss experiences in making decisions and programs as well as in creative combined application of available resources so as to increase social benefits while without neglecting economic results. |
