医院综合股份管理责任制的初步探索

介绍了平湖市第一人民医院实行综合股份管理责任制的背景及实行股份制管理、院科两级核算、院科两级综合管理责任制的做法,认为综合股份责任制具有以下优点:(1)有利于医院向集约型发展,增强了职工的主人翁责任感和风险意识;(2)有利于提高医疗服务质量;(3)有利于医院不断发展;(4)有利于提高社会效益、;(5)有利于提高科学管理水平。

A Composite Shareholding System in Hospital Management

The practice and experience of the First Hospital of Pinghu City in exploration for a composite shareholding management responsibility system with accounting and-management at the two levels of hospital and departments showed that this system is advantageous to: (1)intensive type of hospital management based on staf.f members' responsibility and risk senses, (2)significant quality advances and cost savings, (3)constant development of hospital (4)increases in social benefits,and (5) progression in scientific management.
