| 摘 要： | 介绍了吉林省卫生厅在医疗机构评审工作中,将评审工作与贯彻《医疗机构管理条例》有机结合起来,在评审的同时,按照医疗机构基本标准的要求进行审核的做法。本文还根据对30所二、三级医院评审和抽查的情况,指出:(1)基本设备不足是各医院的共性;(2)忽视小环节建设具有普遍性;(3)个别项目未达标的医院既有主观原因又有客观因素;(4)医院评审工作带动了医疗机构基本标准的达标工作,促进了医疗事业的发展。

| Abstract: | The article describes the accreditation work of 30 B-level (middle) and A-level (high level) hospitals in Jilin Province; assesses and analyses the findings in this work: (1)commonly seen shortage of basic facilities, (2)frequent neglectfulness of the construction of less important links of work,(3)subjective and objective causes of failure of certain hospitals to reach several set standards ,and (4) beneficial effects of the accreditation work in helping hospitals improve and upgrade their services. |
