医院检验工作管理中的矛盾及对策

摘    要:随着医院检验工作分工的日趋精细,其管理工作中遇到的矛盾也愈加突出,如检验科与临床科室的矛盾、检验人员轮转与固定的矛盾、工作量计算与人员组合的矛盾、科室内部社会效益与经济分配的矛盾、检验科与临床实验室之间的矛盾等。针对这些问题,提出了相应的解决对策,即提高人员素质和检验质量,合理配置和使用人才,实行人员的优化组合,实行多劳多得,奖惩分明,并在院领导的直接参与之下,协调好检验科与临床各实验室之间的关系。

Abstract:The article studies how to raise laboratory workers' efficiency without compromising quality, optimize organization of labour force and work shifts,develop educational measures for avoiding work negligence and incentives for great contributions, and do a good job in coordinating relation ships between laboratory and clinical departments, all under the direct participation of hospital directors.
