| 摘 要： | 对200名实习医师与临床医师就表格病历的临床应用问题进行了一次问卷调查。调查结果表明:大多数被调查者赞成病历表格化,并认为表格病历具有规范、省时、省力以及便于微机处理等优点。此外,本文还对表格病历存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了进一步完善的意见,以利表格病历的推广和应用。

| Abstract: | In a questionaire on the application of tabulated medical records, most of 200 surveyed interns and clinicians expressed assenting views and listed advantages such as standardized forms, time and labour, saving and microcomputer processability. which enable more activities to be released in more essential aspects of clinical work. On possible problems of the tabulated medical records now under experimental use, discussions and suggestions are also made for further improvement. |
