急性期介入推拿对家兔骨骼肌钝挫伤的修复作用研究

摘    要:目的 研究家兔骨骼肌钝挫伤在急性期不同时间点介入并持续推拿后的骨骼肌修复作用机制。方法 40只家兔随机分为5组:伤后30 min手法组、伤后2 h手法组、冰敷对照组、模型组、空白组。分别在伤后第7天、14天取材观察。结果 损伤后第1、2天30 min组肿胀小于2 h组(P<0.05);腓肠肌湿重比,30 min组与2 h组比较7 d及14 d无差异(P>0.05);损伤7 d后,30 min组PGE2、5-HT含量低于2 h组(P<0.05);损伤14 d后30 min组IL-6含量低于2 h组(P<0.05);损伤7 d后30 min组PAX7表达低于2 h组(P<0.05);损伤14 d后30 min组与2 h组MyoD表达趋于一致,30 min组PAX7表达低于2 h组(P<0.05)。结论 在家兔骨骼肌钝挫伤的急性期内,相较于2 h介入推拿治疗,30 min介入推拿的治疗效果更佳。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of interventional Tuina at different time points in the acute period and continuous Tuina after blunt contusion of skeletal muscle in rabbits. Methods Forty rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups: 30 min postinjury manipulation group, 2 h postinjury manipulation group, ice compress control group, injury observation groupand normal control group. The right gastrocnemius muscle blunt trauma model was created in all groups except the normal control group. The samples were collected and observed on the 7th and 14th day after injury. Results The swelling of the 30 min group was less than that of the 2 h group on the 1st and 2nd day after injury(P<0.05). There was no difference in wet weight ratio of gastrocnemius muscle between 30 min group and 2 h group on day 7 and day 14(P>0.05). After 7 days of injury, the contents of PGE2 and 5-HT in 30 min group were lower than those in 2 h group (P<0.05). After 14 days of injury, the content of IL-6 in 30 min group was lower than that in 2 h group(P<0.05). 7 days after injury, the expression of PAX7 in the 30 min group was lower than that in the 2 h group (P<0.05). After 14 days of injury, the expression of MyoD in 30 min group and 2 h group tended to be consistent, and the expression of PAX7 in 30 min group was lower than that in 2 h group(P<0.05). Conclusion In acute period of blunt trauma of skeletal muscle in rabbits, the quality of 30 min Tuina is better than 2 h Tuina.
