| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对52例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者分别在鼻内镜手术前后进行嗅觉功能的测试,确定其嗅觉功能改变情况,以探讨鼻内镜手术对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉所致的嗅觉障碍的治疗效果.方法 采用CCCRC嗅觉测试方法对52例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者在鼻内镜手术前、术后第4周、术后第12周及术后第24周分别进行嗅觉功能测试,将结果进行配对t检验.结果 患者总体嗅觉水平术后3次检测结果与术前均有统计学差异(P<0.01),术后3次检测结果间无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 手术后第1个月患者嗅觉功能较术前有明显改善,术后2~6个月与第1个月相比嗅觉改变不明显.
