金银花、连翘对成纤维上皮细胞炎症反应模型的作用

摘    要:目的研究金银花和连翘抗炎症反应作用。方法将金银花和连翘水煎液过滤除菌,与金黄色葡萄球菌滤过液混合添加到培养的上皮细胞培养基中复合培养,观察细胞的形态变化。结果加有金银花的炎性反应细胞模型细胞形态规整,生长旺盛,与对照组基本相同;加有连翘的炎症反应细胞模型细胞表现出炎症反应,随后出现大量的炎性细胞;加有金银花和连翘的炎症组细胞形态也规整,但较金银花组形态较差。结论金银花在体外具有很强的抗炎性反应作用,连翘在体外的抗炎性反应作用很弱。利用上皮细胞炎症模型研究中药的抗炎症反应是可行的,并为中药作用原理的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective It is to study the anti-inflammatory function of Flos Lonicerae or Fructus Forsythiae.Methods The aseptic filteration leachate of Flos Lonicerae or Fructus Forsythiae was mixed with aseptic filteration medium of staphylococcus aureus.The mixing solution was added to the cell models of inflammatory response.The morphology change of the cells was observed.Results Shape of the cell models with Flos Lonicerae was rule and legibility,and the cells grown well,which was similar with the cells in control group.But Shape of the cell models with Fructus Forsythiae was illegibility and there were a lot of inflammatory cells.Shape of fibroid epithelial cell with Flos Lonicerae and Fructus Forsythiae were rule and legibility,but were inferior to those with Flos Lonicerae only.Conclusion Flos Lonicerae has a good anti-inflammatory function in vitro,but the function of Fructus Forsythiae was inferior.It is valuable to establish epithelial cell inflammatory models to study the anti-inflammatory response of traditional Chinese medicine,which may provide a solid basis for studying the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.
