ICU护士心理健康状况及其影响因素调查

目的了解ICU护士心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表对62名ICU护士进行心理健康水平的测评,并与常模比较,分析其影响因素。结果62名ICU护士SCL-90测评显示躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性等因子得分显著高于常模(均P<0.01);不同年龄的ICU护士在躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑方面的因子得分有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);未婚(包括离异)和已婚的ICU护士在躯体化、人际敏感、焦虑、强迫症状、抑郁、精神病性因子得分有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);不同学历、不同职称的ICU护士抑郁因子得分有显著性差异(P<0.01);值班情况不同的ICU护士在强迫症状、精神病性、抑郁、焦虑因子方面的得分有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论ICU护士心理健康状况不容乐观,与年龄、婚姻状况、学历、职称、值班情况有关,应采取行之有效的措施,进行心理卫生干预,以促进ICU护士的心理健康。

Investigation on the Mental Health of ICU Nurses and Influencing Factors

Objective To study the mental health of the ICU nurses and influencing factors.Methods Sixty-two ICUnurses were tested by using SCL-90 and statistical analysis.The results were compared with Chinese women norms.Results Thescores of somatization,obsessive symptom,depression,anxiety and psychopathy in sixty-two ICUnurses were significantly higherthan the norms(P<0.01);remarkable difference occurred to different age's nurses about somatization,obsessive symptom,de-pression and anxiety(P<0.01,P<0.05);for unmarried and married nurses,there was outstanding different in somatization,in-terpersonal relationship,anxiety,obsessive symptom,depression and psychopathy(P<0.05,P<0.01);different educationalqualifications and designations were obviously related to the scores of depression(P<0.01);the nurses on variant duty had notabledifference in obsessive symptom,psychopathy,depression and anxiety(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The mental healthlevels of ICU nurses are lower and influenced by age,marital statue,educational qualifications,designations and attendance state.They should be psychologically intervened.
