摘    要:
本研究根据地势与土质的差异,选择了沿淮地区农村型出血热疫源地内的湖地与岗地两类生态环境,进行宿主动物的结构及其感染情况的调查。发现地势低、沙淤两合土质地区的鼠密度与鼠带毒率均大于地势高、沙矼土质地区。前者的最优势鼠种为黑线姬鼠;后者为黑线仓鼠。本资料为解释人群发病的地区差异及局限性提供了依据;并为开展出血热科研及灭鼠防病提供了重点对象及方法。

Abstract:
A study on the species composition and the positive rate of antigens of HFRS reservoirs was conducted in some district of Anhui province. It was found that the rodent's density and the positive rate of HFRS virus antigens in shoaly land with lower terrain and silt loam were all higher than those in hillock land with higher tertian and shandy loam.In shoaly land,the rodent's density was 4.36%,the positive rate of HFRS virus antigens was 8.81%,the dominant species was Apodemus agrarius;yet in hillock land,the rodent's density was 2.69%,the positive rate of HFRS virus antigent was 4.65%,Crice- tulus barabensis was the dominant rodent.
