| 摘 要： | 目的:研究肾癌组织中环氧化酶2(COX-2)蛋白的表达,探讨COX-2表达与肾癌可能的相关性.方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法,对46例肾癌及其25例癌旁组织COX-2蛋白表达进行检测.结果:COX-2在46例肾癌组织中的表达阳性百分比为71.74%,癌旁组织中为32.00%.肾癌组织中COX-2表达与癌旁组织相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01);结论:COX-2在肾癌组织中表达明显增高,与肾癌的发生、发展可能相关,有可能作为肾癌诊断的辅助指标之一. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase 2(COX 2) in renal carcinoma. Methods: The S P method was used to determine the expression of COX 2 protein in 46 cases of renal carcinoma and 25 of normal tissue. Results: Positive rate of COX 2 in cancer tissue was 71.74%, and in normal tissue 32.00%. There were significant difference between renal carcinoma and normal tissues (P<0.01). Conclusion: Expression of COX 2 increases greatly in renal carcinoma. It may be associated with carcinogenesis and as an associate diagnosis predictor of renal carcinoma. |
