硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的疗效观察

目的探讨硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并原发性高血压的疗效与安全性。方法102例T2DM合并原发性高血压患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各51例。对照组患者仅给予糖尿病基础治疗,观察组患者在糖尿病基础治疗上加用硝苯地平、厄贝沙坦治疗,对比分析2组患者的治疗效果以及药物不良反应发生率。结果治疗后观察组SBP、DBP均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗T2DM合并原发性高血压的疗效确切,不良反应发生率较低,值得临床应用与推广。

Effect analysis of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

Objective To explore the effect and safety of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of dia- betes mellitus （T2DM） complicated with hypertension. Methods 102 case of patients with T2DM complicated with hyperten- sion were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each of S1 cases. The control group was only given founda- tion treatment of diabetes, while the treatment group was added with nifedipine and irbesartan based on the control group. The effect and adverse reaction incidence of 2 groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the SBP and DBP of treatment group were all lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of nifedipine combined with irbesartan is definite in the treatment of diabetes mellitus compli- cated with hypertension, with lower incidence of adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
