加用托吡酯治疗难治性癫痫的临床疗效分析

目的分析应用托吡酯作为添加治疗难治性癫痫的临床疗效。方法 64例难治性癫痫的临床确诊病例,分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组予卡马西平与托吡酯联合治疗,对照组予卡马西平治疗,随诊3年,观察2组的临床疗效与不良反应。结果治疗组癫痫症状控制总有效率90.6%明显优于对照组71.9%;皮疹、头晕嗜睡、纳差、体质量减轻等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论托吡酯作为难治性癫痫的添加治疗疗效确切,不良反应发生率低,具有较好的安全性和耐受性。

Clinical curative effect analysis of adding with topiramate in the treatment of refractory epilepsy

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of topiramate in the treatment of refractory epilepsy. Methods 64 cases of intractable epilepsy were divided into treatment group and the control group , each of 32 cases. The treatment group was received combination treatment with carbamazepine and topiramate, the control group was given with car- bamazepine for treatment. They were follow-up for 3 years. The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of 2 groups were observed. Results The control effect of epilepsy in the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reaction such as rash, dizziness, drowsiness, poor appetite and weight loss in treatment group was sig- nificantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistical significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Topiramate has exact effect,good safely and tolerability in the treatment of intractable epileptic, with low incidence of adverse reactions.
