213例新型毒品依赖者心理健康与个性特征、应对方式的关系

目的了解新型毒品依赖者的心理健康水平、个性特征与应对方式的关系，为新型毒品依赖者的心理康复和脱毒提供依据。方法用自编的一般情况调查表、症状自评量表（SCL-90）、艾森克人格问卷（EPO）、特质应对方式问卷（TCSQ）分别对213例新型毒品依赖者进行测验和比较。结果①新型毒品依赖者SCL-90总均分与各因子分均显著高于正常人群；②新型毒品依赖者的SCL-90总均分与神经质、精神质和消极应对呈显著正相关，与积极应对呈负相关；③神经质、积极应对和消极应对是新型毒品依赖者心理健康的重要预测变量。结论新型毒品依赖者心理健康水平较正常人群差，神经质和应对方式是影响其心理健康的重要因素。加强个体不良个性的矫正，调整新型毒品依赖者的应对方式，可能更有益于改善其心理状况。

Relationship between the new drug dependent on mental health and personality traits and coping styles in 213 cases

Objective To understand the relationship between the new drug dependent on mental health and personali- ty traits and coping styles,for new drug dependent provide evidence for psychological rehabilitation and detoxification. Methods 213 cases of the new drug dependent were tested and compared by general situation of using the self-made questionnaire,symptom self-assessment scale （SCL-90）,eysenck personality questionnaire （EPQ）,trait coping style questionnaire （TCSQ） respectively. Results ①The total average score abd all factor scores of SCL-90 in new-type drug addicts were significantly higher than the healthy population. ②The total average score of SCL-90 was significantly positive correlated with nervousness,psychoticism and negative coping styles,it also was negative correlated with positive coping styles. ③Nervousness,positive coping styles and negative coping styles were the important predictive variables to mental health of new-type drug addicts. Conclusion The mental health remains generally lower in new-type drug addicts than healthy population do,nervousness and coping styles are the major factors influencing the mental health.Consequently,strengthening the correction of individual＇s bad personality,modifying the coping styles of this population may be effective to improve their mental health.
