社区老年原发性高血压患者睡眠质量的调查研究

目的了解社区老年原发性高血压患者的睡眠质量。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）作为调查工具，对145例长沙市砂子塘社区老年原发性高血压患者和140例正常老年人的睡眠质量进行调查。结果老年原发性高血压患者睡眠质量问题报告率为45．67％，正常老年人睡眠质量问题报告率为25．12％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。老年原发性高血压患者PSQI总分睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物和日间功能障碍影响与正常老年人相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论社区老年原发性高血压患者的睡眠质量问题较多，应积极进行健康宣教。

Survey on sleep quality of patients of essential hypertension in elderly population in the community

Objective To study the sleep quality of essential hypertension in elderly population in the community. Methods 145 essential hypertension in elderly population and 140 elderly population of normal were investigated by pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI）. Results Sleep problems report rate of essential hypertension in elderly population was 45.67%,while the rate of normal elderly population was 25.12%.The difference had statistically significance （P〈0.01）. Score of PSQI,sleep quality,fall asleep time,hours of sleep and insomnia of the essential hypertension in elderly population compared with the the normal elderly population had statistically significance （P〈0.05）.
