安步乐克对缺血性脑卒中患者血清炎性因子的影响

目的 研究安步乐克（盐酸沙格雷酯片）对缺血性脑卒中患者血清炎性标志物的影响.方法 选择40例缺血性脑卒中患者,随机平均分为2组.2组均给予相同的基础药物治疗,同时分别给予安步乐克（治疗组）和阿司匹林（对照组）治疗.观察2组治疗后临床疗效和血清炎性因子的变化.结果 用药2周后,2组神经功能缺损评分较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;同时治疗组比对照组降低显著,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.治疗2周后2组炎性因子水平均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 安步乐克治疗缺血性脑卒中效果明显,其作用可能与降低炎性因子水平有关.

Effect of anplag on serum inflammatory factors of patients with ischemic stroke

Objective To explore the effect of anplag （ sarpogrelate hydreehloride tablets） on senma inflammatory markers of patients with iachemie stroke. Methods 40 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and con- trol group. Both groups were given the same basic drugs for treatment, while the treatment group was given anplag and the con- trol group was given aspirin for treatment. The clinical effect and changes of serum inflammatory factors of 2 groups were ob- served. Results After 2 weeks for treatment,the neurologic impairment score of 2 groups significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） ;the neurologic impairment score of treatment groups decreased significantly compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. After 2 weeks for treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors of 2 groups significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05 ） ;the levels of inflammatory factors of treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig- nifinant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of anplag is definite in the treatment of isehemic stroke, this may be related to reducing the inflammatory factor levels.
