广东惠州地区慢性乙肝患者乙肝病毒基因型和HBVcccDNA含量关系研究

目的 探讨广东惠州地区慢性乙型肝炎（乙肝）患者基因型及HBVcccDNA含量水平及关系.方法 利用患者血清为材料,通过HBV基因型特异性引物PCR方法检测HBV-DNA阳性标本的基因型,同时用荧光定量PCR方法对HBVcccDNA含量进行检测.结果 123例慢性乙肝病毒感染者中,HBV B型91例（73.98％）、C型28例（22.76％）、B、C混合型1例（0.81％）,未能确定基因型3例；HBVcccDNA检测阳性为66例,阳性率为53.66％,57例无法检测到HBVcccDNA含量.结论 惠州地区慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV基因型以B型和C型多见,B、C混合型较少,基因型与HBVcccDNA含量没有直接关系.

Study on the relationship between hepatitis B virus genotype and HBVcccDNA content in patients with chronic hepatitis B in Huizhou area of Guangdong Province

Objective To investigate the hepatitis B virus genotypes, hepatitis B virus covalently closed circular DNA （HBVcccDNA） content and the relationship between them in patients with chronic hepatitis B in Huizhou area of Guangdong. Methods The serum was used as the material, the genotypcs of HBV-DNA positive specimens were de- tected by HBV genotype specific primers polymerase chain reaction （PCR）, and the content of HBVcccDNA was de- tected by fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results In 123 cases of infected persons with chronic hepatitis B virus, type B of HBV in 91 cases （73.98%）, type C in 28 cases （22.76%）, mixed type of B and C in 1 case （0.81%）, genotype did not be identified in 3 cases. HBVcccDNA was positive in 66 cases with positive rate for 53.66%, HBVcccDNA content can not he detected in 57 cases. Conclusion In Huizhou area, HBV genotypes of patients with chronic hepatitis B are mainly for type B and C, mixed type of B and C is less. There is no direct relationship between genotype and HBVcc- cDNA content.
