摘    要:目的 观察两种饲料饲喂BALB/c小鼠的效果.方法 将10 对BALB/c小鼠随机分为两组:A组5对小鼠,饲喂~(60)Co辐照灭菌的颗粒饲料;B组5对小鼠,饲喂121 ℃、7 min抽真空高压消毒的颗粒饲料.比较两组小鼠的生长、发育和繁殖情况.结果 虽然~(60)Co辐照灭菌的颗粒饲料的价格高于121℃、7 min抽真空高压消毒的颗粒饲料,但采用~(60)Co辐照灭菌饲料饲喂,不论是母鼠的生殖能力和仔鼠的生长速度,还是提供1只离乳小鼠的耗料成本,均优于采用121℃、7 min抽真空高压消毒饲料饲喂.结论 ~(60)Co辐照灭菌饲料用于饲养BALB/c小鼠较为经济合算.

Observations on the effectiveness of two feeds in feeding BALB/c mice
Abstract:Objective To observe the effectiveness of two feeds in feeding BALB/c mice. Methods Ten couples of BALB/c mice were divided randomly into two groups with 5 couples of animals in each. Group A mice were fed with the feed sterilized by ~(60)Co-γ ray irradiation, and group B mice were fed with the feed sterilized by pre-vacuum autoclaving at 121℃ for 7 minutes. The growth, development and reproduction of mice in the two groups were compared. Results Although the feed price of group A was higher than that of group B, the reproduction of female mice and the growth rate of their offspring in group A were better than those in group B,and the feed consumption cost for producing a weanling mouse in group A was lower than that in group B. Conclusion It is cost-effective to use the feed sterilized by ~(60)Co-γ ray irradiation for feeding BALB/c mice.
