摘    要:回顾我院“以病人为中心”实施的门诊流程再造“四步曲”,根据业务流程再造(BPR)原理,通过充分应用信息管理技术,采取改变门诊医疗服务模式,以达到减少流程循环环节,降低候诊时间,改善就诊秩序等措施,从而提高门诊工作效率和病人满意度,使原有门诊服务“瓶颈”问题得到了有效治理。

Abstract:The article reviewed the experience of patient centered outpatient service process. Based on the theory of process restructuring, used information management technology, the outpatient service mode was changed, the process and waiting time were shortened. The efficiency and patient satisfaction were increased. The bottleneck of outpatient service had effectively resolved.
