摘    要:①目的 探讨动物肠道寄生虫感染情况及收集、保存寄生虫卵标本的方法。②方法 分别采用生理盐水直接涂片法、碘液染色法、金胺一酚改良抗酸染色法检测不同动物肠道寄生虫成虫及虫卵感染情况,并用沉淀法浓缩收集标本,于40g/L甲醛溶液内保存。③结果 动物肠道寄生虫感染率较高,不同动物感染的肠道寄生虫种类及感染率不同。沉淀浓缩法收集并保存于40g/L甲醛溶液的寄生虫卵形态完整,无溶解、肿胀或破裂现象。④结论 沉淀浓缩法收集肠道寄生虫卵简单易行、费用低,是一种较理想的教学标本获取方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the infective rate of enterozoa and the collection and preservation methods of parasite eggs. Methods The parasites and their eggs of some animals were examined with direct saline smear,iodine staining,auramine-phenol and modified acid-fast. The samples were concentrated with sedimentation, and preserved in 40 g/L formaldehyde solution. Results The infective rate of animal emterozqa was high. Different animals varied in infected parasites and infection rate. The morphology of the parasitic eggs, which had been gained by sedimentation, concentration method, and preserved in 40 g/L formaldehyde were intact, non-soluble,without swelling or breakage. Conclusion The collection and preservation of the parasitic eggs of animal enterozoa with sedimentation and concentration is easy to perform and cost less,and is a good method to get samples for teaching.
