| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨创伤性截瘫患者的护理措施及效果。方法回顾性总结我科收治48例创伤性截瘫患者的临床资料，总结护理经验。结果通过病情观察，心理护理，安全护理，疼痛护理，基础护理，饮食护理，功能锻炼，预防并发症等多方面综合性措施，患者均得到不同程度的康复。结论截瘫患者的每个护理环节都是重要内容，应认真实施各项措施，加强患者康复护理，从而提高患者生活自理能力及生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective Discussion on traumatic paraplegia＇s care. Method review and analyze the clinical data of 48 cases of traumatic paraplegia in our department and summarize nursing experience. Result By observing the patient＇s condition,psychological care,safe care,pain care,primary care,diet care,functional training,complication should be prevented and other measurements to let them get different degree of recovery. Conclusion Each aspect of care is an important part of paraplegics,carefully take various measures to strengthen patients＇rehabilitation,improve daily living and quality of life of the patients. |
