胫骨平台骨折手术治疗分析60例

目的探讨各型胫骨平台骨折内固定治疗方法的选择和疗效。方法将60例胫骨平台骨折患者随机分成两组,所有患者均根据Scharzker分型予以不同的内固定治疗,A组给予单纯手术治疗,B组在A组的基础上给予固骼生进行治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果不同类型骨折的患者术后恢复情况各有不同,其中Ⅲ型有效率最高(P<0.05),Ⅳ型有效率最低(P<0.05)。所有患者总有效率为78.3%。在两组积分方面,可见B组的积分要高于A组,说明B组的疗效要好于A组,即使用固骼生的患者疗效较好。结论固骼生的运用提高了骨折手术的疗效,建议临床推广。

The Analysis of Tibial Plateau Fracture Surgical Treatment in 60 Cases

Objective To investigate the tibial plateau fracture with internal fi xation method of choice and effi cacy.Methods 60 cases of tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into two groups,all patients were under Scharzker be a different type fi xation,A group received surgery alone,B group in the A group on the basis of treatment for solid bioglass,clinical effi cacy were observed.Results Different types of fractures in patients with different postoperative recovery,which are the most effi cient type Ⅲ（P0.05）,Ⅳ type are the least effi cient（P0.05）.The total effective rate of all patients was 78.3%.In two points,the visible group B than A group of points,indicating the effi cacy of group B is better than the A group,that is,patients using Bioglass good effect.Conclusion The use of Bioglass increased fracture effi cacy of the proposed clinic.
