农药倍硫磷的毒性研究

摘    要:对国产倍硫磷进行了急性、蓄积性和亚急性毒性实验,并进行了SCE和UDS实验。结果表明,倍硫磷属中等毒类农药,具有明显蓄积性,对全血ChE活性抑制明显,但无明显的皮肤粘膜刺激作用。在本实验条件下未发现倍硫磷对哺乳动物细胞有致突变作用。

Abstract:In this paper the results of acute toxicity tests (oral and dermal), cumulative toxicity test,conjunctiva stimulating test and 60-day subacute toxicity test with routine methods were reported. For observing the mutagenic effects of fenthion, the sister-chromatid exchanges (SCE) in vivo of lymphoid cells in bone marrow of male rats and the unsche- duled-DNA synthesis (UDS) with human lymphoid cells were tested. The results showed that the toxicity of fenthion was moderate. It had a higher cumulative effect, and male rats being more susceptible than females. The anticholinesterase activity of fenthion in vivo was found prominent after intoxication. So we obtained a dose-effect linear regression equation (Y=0.82X+4.71), other toxicity parameters are calculated as follows: the Lim., was 0.214mg/kg, the Lim_(ch) was 0.100mg/kg, the no effect level was 0.043mg/kg, and the zone of chronic toxic effect was 2.14. By SCE and UDS tests, the injury action of DNA of the mammalian cells was not found. It means that there was no mutagenicity of fenthion under those conditions.
