活脉酊外涂治疗化疗药物引起的静脉炎的临床研究

目的探讨活脉酊外涂治疗化疗药物引起的静脉炎的效果.活脉酊具有抗渗出、清热解毒、活血化淤、止痛的功效.方法将72例患者随机分为2组,实验组和对照组各36例.实验组方剂：苦参、紫花地丁、虎杖、赤芍、血竭、冰片.前5种投入到75%酒精密封浸泡10 d,期间搅拌3～5次,然后取滤液加6克冰片溶解即成.涂擦范围：用无菌棉签外涂穿刺点以上发炎血管;涂擦次数按静脉炎分级,程度越重,涂擦次数越多.对照组使用湿润烧伤膏.观察2组患者疼痛缓解时间及红肿热痛等症状完全消退时间.结果将2组病例疼痛缓解的时间及静脉炎治疗效果比较.经统计学处理P＜0.01,有显著性差异.结论活脉酊可减轻疼痛,是治疗化疗性静脉炎安全迅速、有效的中草药外用制剂.

Study on Tr. Huomai Compressed Locally to Treat Phlebitis Which Was Caused by Chemical Medicine

Objective To explore the effects of Tr. Huomai compressed locally to treat phlebitis which is caused by chemical medicine. Methods 72 patients were divided into two groups: experimental group (36 cases) and control group(36 cases). Patients in experimental group used Tr. Huomai (self-made Chinese herb medicine), which was consisted six ingredients and compressed on the superior vein of injured vein. Patients in control group used Wetness for Burn Oint.. Time of pain-release and local vein status appear were observed and compared. Results There was significant differences between two groups in time of pain-release and local vein status appear. Conclusions Tr. Huomai can release pain. It is a safe and effective Chinese herb medicine for phlebitis caused by chemical medicine.
