摘    要:[目的]考察两煎常压煎药机不同煎煮条件对复方丹参汤剂质量的影响,确定最佳操作工艺.[方法]采用L9(34)正交试验法,以复方丹参汤剂中主要药物有效成分丹酚酸B为考察指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定煎出液有效成分的含量,对汤剂煎煮过程中的浸泡时间、煎煮加水量、一煎煮沸时间、二煎煮沸时间4个因素进行比较分析.[结果]影响复方丹...
