舒血宁注射液治疗单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果

目的 观察舒血宁注射液治疗单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效.方法 前瞻性随机病例对照研究.56例1～3期糖尿病视网膜病变的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组28例,对照组只给予口服肠溶阿司匹林片100 mg,1次/d.治疗组在服用阿司匹林的基础上加用舒血宁注射液静滴20 ml,次,1次/d,两组疗程均为4周.通过测定空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖、检查视力及荧光眼底血管造影观察评价疗效,治疗前后数据比较采用重复测量检验方法,两组间比较采用成组t检验,治疗有效率的比较采用x2检验.结果 与治疗前比较,两组治疗后视力均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(t=0.52,P＜0.05;t=-4.66,P＜0.01),4周后治疗组视力高于对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.57,P＜0.05).与治疗前比较,治疗组和对照组治疗后视网膜微血管瘤数均显著减少,差异有统计学意义(t=4.47,P＜0.05,t=4.35,P＜0.05),4周后治疗组视网膜微血管瘤较对照组显著减少,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.42,P＜0.01)；与治疗前比较,治疗组和对照组治疗后出血面积较治疗前均显著减少,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.17,P＜0.01;t=-3.87,P＜0.05);4周后两组出血面积比较,差异无统计学意义.结论 舒血宁注射液治疗单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变有一定疗效.

An examination of the efficacy of shuxuening injections for patients with diabetic retinopathy

Objective To examine the effects of shuxuening injections for the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy. Methods This was a prospective randomized controlled study. Fifty-six patients with simple diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group. Patients in the control group were given 100 mg of enteric-coated aspirin tablets while those in the treatment group were given 20 ml shuxuening intravenous injections, once a day. The treatment period lasted for four weeks. Changes in fasting blood glucose （FBG） and 2h postprandial blood glucose （2hBPG） in the serum were measured regularly, and visual acuity and fluorescent angiography were evaluated. The data were analyzed by repeated measurement test, independent samples t test and ehi-Square test. Results Visual acuity increased while areas with retinal capillary hemangiomas and the number of retinal micro-aneurysms significantly in the treatment group compared to the control group （P〈0.05） decreased. These indices improved significantly （P〈0.05） in the treatment group. Conclusion Shuxuening injections for the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy show specific benefits for the integrity of the eye.
