摘    要:目的:观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法:将住院患者82例随机分成两组,治疗组41例,使用丹参川芎嗪注射液联合天麻素注射液治疗;对照组41例,使用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗。两组均连续治疗14 d,观察疗效并使用EMS-9经颅多普勒(TCD)测定左右椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)平均血流速度(Vm)。结果:治疗组有效率为78.0%,能显著改善椎—基底动脉的血液循环,与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪联合天麻素注射液能显著改善椎基底动脉的血液循环,减轻患者临床症状。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Dan-shen Ligustrazine injection solution with Tian Ma in complementary therapy of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods:Eighty-two patients with VBI were devided in two groups,Dan-shen Ligustrazine injection solution with Tian Ma and Dan-shen Ligustrazine injection solution,forty-one cases in each group.The duration of the treatment is 14days.Mean velocity(Vm) in vertebral arteries(VA) and basilar arteries(BA) were measured using by transcranial Doppler.Results: the effective rates of treatment group were 78.0%.It can significantly improve velocity in VA and BA.vestibular blood supply.There was statistic difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Dan-shen Ligustrazine injection solution can increase the blood perfusion and obviously lighten the clinical symptoms of the patients.
