| 摘 要： | 目的建立一枝黄花抗感颗粒中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，色谱柱为C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇一水一磷酸溶液（47：53：0.2），流速为1mL／min，温度为30℃，检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷进样量在0．358～3．23斗g范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，r=0．9997，平均加样回收率为99．2％，RSD=1．56％（n=9）。结论该方法操作简便、结果可靠、重现性好，可用于一枝黄花抗感颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Yizhihuanghuakanggan Granule. Methods HPLC was used with C18 column （150 mm x4. 6 mm,5μm）,the mobile phase of methanol -water -phosphoric acid （47 ： 53 ： 0. 2） and the flow rate of 1 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.358-3.23μg,r=0.9997,the average recovery rate was 99.2%,RSD=l.56%（n=9）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Yizhihuanghuakanggan Granule. |
