| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声对乳腺积乳囊肿的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析23例积乳囊肿的诊治过程,分析内容包括临床特点、超声图像、手术所见及病理诊断.结果根据病理变化的发展程度,积乳囊肿可分为早期的弱回声、中期的中等回声和晚期的混合回声三种类型.大约50%的积乳囊肿病灶可同时并存慢性炎症,少数合并患侧腋下淋巴结肿大及囊性增生.结论超声诊断积乳囊肿有规可循,具有准确性,特异性高的优点.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the ultrasound diagnostic value for patients with breast galactocele.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 23 patients comparing with surgery and pathology. Results Gala ctocele on ultrasound mainly manifested as low echo,equal echo and mix echo according to their pathologic changes and development.Conclusions Ultrasonography has the advantages of high accuracy and specificity with regularity for galactocele diagnosis. |
