| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨类固醇激素对端粒酶生的机制。方法 采用ＰＣＲ－ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测类固醇激素作用前后ＫＳ，ＳＧＣ端粒酶活性的改变。结果 乙烯雌酚显著增强ＫＳ、ＳＧＣ端粒酶的活性，而丙酸睾丸酮，氩化可的松对ＫＳ，ＳＧＣ端粒酶的活性没有显著影响，乙烯雌酚ＤＳ和ＳＧＣ端粒酶的激活和表达，其机制可能与端粒酶蛋白亚基的磷酸化及脱磷酸化有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the regulation of telomerase by steroid hormones.Methods:Telomerase activity was determined by PCR ELISA in untreated or treated k 562 cells and SGC cells.Result:Telomerase activity of k 562 cells or SGC cells was significantly enhanced when treated with diethylstilbestrol,but not with proiponatis or hydrocrotisone.Conclusion:Diethylstilbestroli might potentiate telomerase expression,mechanism of which maybe link with phosphorization and dephosphorization of subgroup of telomerase protein. |
