曹世宏教授治疗肺间质纤维化的经验介绍

曹世宏教授认为，先天不足、禀赋薄弱，后天失调、肺脾肾虚及痰凝血瘀是肺纤维化发病的关键；邪热伤肺，气阴两虚，迁延不愈是特发性肺问质纤维化(IPF)的初始原因；阳气亏虚，痰凝血瘀于肺是IPF的后期表现。治疗上主张分期分型论治：肺泡炎性阶段以肺肾两虚、痰热蕴肺证为多见，当以中西医结合治之，优势互补；纤维化期则以补肺健脾益肾、化痰祛瘀通络并用。

Prof. CAO Shi-hong''s Experience on the Treatment of Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis

Prof. CAO considered that congenital insufficiency with weak constitution, acquired undernourishment, deficiency of lung, spleen and kidney, and stagnation of phlegm and blood - stasis are the key causes of interstitial pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) . The pathogenic heat involving the lung, deficiency of qi and yin are the initial cause of IPF. Insufficiency of yang - qi, phlegm stagnation and blood - stasis in lung are the manifestations in late stage. Its treatment should accord with various syndromes and stages. During the alveolitis stage, deficiency of lung and kidney and phlegm - heat stagnated in the lung are commonly - seen, and should be treated by TCM combined with western medicine(WM) . During the fibrosis stage, it should be treated by invigorating the lung, spleen and kidney, resolving sputum and dredging collateral in combination.
