德阳市中小学生心理健康现状

目的了解当前德阳市中小学生心理健康现状,探索＂医校共育＂心理健康服务模式。方法采用华东师范大学周步成教授的＂心理健康诊断测验（MHT-CR）＂量表,对中小学生的学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、自责倾向、过敏倾向、身体倾向、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向共8项进行问卷调查。结果2030名学生中有951名学生有明显学习焦虑情绪,占调查人数的46.8%,排名第1。8项中农村学生和城市学生在学习焦虑、对人焦虑、过敏心理、恐怖倾向以及身体症状上呈现的问题比例分别为51.6%、7.9%、23.2%、19%、8.2%和43.7%、5.2%、17.6%、15.4%和5.6%,差异具有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）;女生和男生在学习焦虑、自责倾向、过敏心理及恐怖倾向上呈现的问题比例分别为51.9%、16.2%、21.5%、8.2%和41.8%、9.2%、17.8%和4.9%,差异具有统计学意义（P均〈0.05。结论德阳市中小学生学习焦虑心理普遍严重,农村学生比城市学生存在更多问题心理倾向,而女生也比男生存在更多问题心理倾向。

Mental Health of Students in Primary and Middle Schools in Deyang

Objective To understand the current status of mental health of the students in primary and middle schools in Deyang and explores the mode to improve the students mental health by the common effect of medical facility and school. Methods The measure sale of mental health （MHT-CR）developed by Professor Zhou Bu-cheng of East China Normal University was used to conduct questionnaire survey on the trends of anxiety on study, anxiety about others, loneliness, self-reproach, hypersensitiveness, health, violence and impulsion among these students. Results Among 2030 students surveyed, the proportion of students with anxiety was highest, accounting for 46.8% of the total. The proportions of the students in rural area with anxiety, hypersensitiveness, violence trend health problems were higher than those of the students in urban area. the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The proportions of girl students with anxiety, self-reproach, hypersensitiveness and violence trend were higher than those of boy students, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serious anxiety was observed among the students in primary and middle schools in Deyang. More mental health problems were found among the students in rural area than those in urban area, and more mental health problems were found among girl students than among boy students.
