| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨胰腺假性囊肿的诊断方法和治疗效果.方法: 回顾分析38例胰腺假性囊肿的临床资料.结果: 保守治疗6例,外引流5例,内引流26例,囊肿切除1例.无死亡,2年随访无复发.结论: B超和CT扫描是主要的诊断方法,ERCP可了解胰管病变和囊肿关系.大多数患者需外科手术,囊肿空肠Roux-Y 吻合内引流术是主要的手术方式.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the diagnosis and effective treatment of pancreatic pseudocysts(PPC).Methods:The clinical data of 38 patients with PPC were retrospectively analysed.Results:Conservative therapy was used in 6 patients,external drainage in 5 and internal drainage in 26,cystectomy in one. All patients had resolution of their pseudocysts and no patient developed recurrence during 2 year follow up.Conclusion:B ultrasound and CT scan are main diagnostic methods and ERCP can demonstrate the pathological changes of pancreatic duct and its relation with the pseudocysts. Most patient needs surgical treatment,mainly Roux Y cystjejunostom. |
