腹针疗法结合中药离子导入法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

目的研究腹针疗法结合中药离子导入法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。方法对206例门诊的颈椎病患者分成4组,治疗组108例用腹针结合中药离子导入,对照组100例用常规针刺方法、单纯腹针、单纯药物导入治疗。结果治疗组的疗效、症状积分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）,病程在1年以内的疗效优于1年以上者（P〈0.05）。结论腹针疗法结合中药离子导入是治疗本病的理想方法。

Observations on the effect of abdomen acupuncture and Chinese heabal medicine inon ducting therapy on nerve-root cervical spondy

Objective To study the effect of abdomen acupuncture and Chinese heabal medicine inon ducting therapy on nerve-root cervical spondyiopathy.Methods Two hundreds and six patients were divided anto 4 groups,the treatment ngroup of 108 cases by abdomen acupuncture and the control group of 100 cases by aroutine menthod of acupuncture or by abdomen acupuncture or by Chinese heabal medicine inon ducting therapy.Results The results showed the curative effect、efficacy-needed time and degree of improvement in treatment group were significantly superior to those in control group （P〈0.001） ,and the curative effect was better in the paients with a disease course of under 1 year than those with a disease course of over 1 year （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The abdomen acupuncture and Chinese heabal medicine inon ducting therapy is a satisfactory method for treating nerve-root cervical spondyiopathy.
