Abstract: | A patient hospitalized for recurrent syncope and dyspnea died suddenly before a definite clinical diagnosis could be established. At autopsy a large sarcomatous mass (undifferentiated type) was found to arise and totally occlude the pulmonary trunk without evidence of distant metastasis. |
