生物洁净室卫生学检测与评价

摘    要:洁净室分工业洁净室和生物洁净室 ,生物洁净室是在工业洁净室的基础上以控制生物微粒的污染为主要任务。本文通过对 8个单位的生物洁净室的洁净度、沉降菌、噪声、静压差 ,新风量和换气次数等指标的评价 ,提出了工业洁净室和生物洁净室的差别 ;并建议在生物洁净室的设计、施工和评价时 ,不能单以控制尘埃为主要目的 ,而应从各生物洁净室不同的工作任务和内容要求 ,控制生物活性颗粒 ,保证室内良好的微小环境 ,达到生物洁净的真正目的

Abstract:Clean rooms can be classified as industrial and biological The main purpose of biological clean rooms is to control biological particle contamination on the basis of industrial clean rooms The paper pointed out the differences between the two kinds of clean rooms based on the test results of the rooms in 8 units The indexes included cleanliness, settling microbes, noise, air pressure difference, fresh air amount and air exchange frequency It also suggested that biological particles instead of total particles should be the main purpose of control according to the specific use of every clean room in the design, construction and evaluation to garantee a good interior micro environment for the real purpose of biological cleanness
