| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨生脉注射液在慢性肺心病急性加重期的治疗作用及其可能机制。方法 :6 0例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者被随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组 30例。实验组用生脉注射液治疗 10天 ,对照组按常规治疗。监测两组患者治疗前后心、肺功能的变化。结果 :实验组的心、肺功能都有所改善 ,与对照组之间有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :生脉注射液对肺心病急性发作有效

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of SHENG MAI injection on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods:60 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided into test group and control group. Beside the routine treatment, the patients of test group were adminstred SHENG MAI injection for 10 days, and patients of control gruop received routine treatment. The heart function and lung function of all patients were detected before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, heart function and lung function in all patients in test group had improved distinctly ( P <0 01). And the curative effect of test group was better than control group ( P <0 01). Conclusion:SHENG MAI injection may significantly improve heart function and lung function of patient with chronic pulmonary heart disease. [ |
