炼油企业职工高血压防治健康教育效果评价

摘    要:目的评价在炼油企业职工中开展高血压防治健康教育的效果。方法健康教育前对泰州市石油化工厂的全体职工进行基线调查,然后开展综合健康教育,3年后在同一人群进行健康教育后效果评价。结果教育前,企业职工的高血压防治知识知晓水平较低,存在较多的不良生活习惯。教育后,高血压基本常识、危害性和预防控制知识的知晓率均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);行为方面,“少食新鲜蔬菜”的比例比教育前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其余不良生活习惯的比例没有明显改变,其中,“多食甜腻点心”的比例的提高有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在企业职工中开展高血压健康教育时,可有效地提高其高血压防治的相关知识,而不良生活习惯的改变许多方面不明显,应该继续探索有效的干预措施。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of knowledge about hypertension among staff and workers in petroleum chemical enterprise and to study the effects of health education on hypertension.Methods All staff and workers of the enterprise were investigated before intervention.3 years after intervention,the same people would be investigated again.Results Before the intervention,the knowledge level of staff and workers was generally low,and there were unhealthy life styles existing in staff and workers.After the intervention,the levels of knowledge about hypertension including basic knowledge,harm and prevention were improved significantly(P<0.01).The proportion of eating too less fresh vegetables was significantly lower(P<0.01). While the rest of unhealthy life styles were not changed.The proportion of eating too much sweet food was significantly higher(P<0.01).Conclusion It's an effective way to improve the level of knowledge about hypertension among staff and workers in enterprise through health education.The change of unhealthy life styles need more health workers' efforts and staff and workers' active participation.
