摘    要:目的利用起搏脉冲引导普通电极行床旁临时起搏,观察其成功率,手术并发症并总结手术技巧。方法回顾性分析2003年7月至2006年7月我院床旁安置临时起搏器的患者共82例。结果82例中有80例(97.5%)起搏成功,6例出现短阵室性心动过速,1例低钾患者出现心室颤动。15例28次出现电极微脱位,均经处理后恢复正常。全部病例无血栓形成,无栓塞、血气胸及心肌穿孔等并发症的发生。结论起搏脉冲引导普通电极进行床旁临时起搏简便、快速、有效、安全,适用于危重急症的抢救及外科手术前的保护性起搏。

Abstract:Objective To observe the success rate, complications of bedside pacing using non-balloon electrodes lead and to summarize the procedure techniques. Methods Eighty-two cases of temporary beside pacing conducted from July of 2003 to July of 2006 in our hospital were analysed retrospectively. Results Eighty out of 82 cases (97.5%) achieved successful pacing, non-sustainable ventricular tachycardia occurred in 6 patients,ventricular fibrillation appeared in one case with hypokalaemia;Electrodes lead micro-dislocation occurred 28 times in 15 cases. All patients recovered after prompt management. No serious complications such as thrombosis, embolism, pneumohemothorax or myocardium perforation happened. Conclusion Bedside pacing using non-balloon electrodes lead is convenient,rapid,effective and safe. It is feasible in both emergency cases and preventive pacing for surgery patients with bradycardia.
