| 摘 要： | 目的比较康宝得维与波依定治疗高血压的经济效果。方法选择50例高血压患者,平均随机分为A组、B组各25例。疗程均为6周。采用药物经济学中的成本-效果分析的方法进行比较。结果康宝得维与波依定治疗高血压的有效率分别为92%,96%。康宝得维治疗高血压的成本-效果比低于波依定。结论康宝得维治疗高血压的经济效果优于波依定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE Compare the economic effect of treating hypertension between using Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets and Plendil.METHODS Select 50 hypertension patients and divide them into two groups randomly-group A and group B,each group with 25 patients.The period of treatment for both is 6 weeks.Adopt the method of cost-effect analysis in Pharmacoeconomics to make comparison.RESULTS The efficiency rate of curing hypertension by using Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets and Plendil is 92% and 96% respectively.The cost-effect ration of using Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets to treat hypertension is lower than that of Plendil.CONCLUSION The economic effect of treating hypertension with Felodipine Sustained Release Tables is better than that of Plendil. |
